View System Template
Under APM Foundation section, navigate to Template Definition> System Template to view the System Templates listed.
The Templates are listed with the information about the template with the columns as defined in the following table:

Template ID |
This is a unique ID for the template. This ID gets generated by default. |
Template Name Description |
Description for the system template. |
System Class |
Class the system is grouped. |
Created By |
Mail ID of the creator of the template. |
Created Date |
Date and Time of creation of the template in DD-MM-YYYY HH:MM:SS format. The Date and Time is displayed as per the browser local time. |
Reviewer |
Mail ID of the reviewer of the template, if assigned |
Approver |
Mail ID of the approver of the template, if assigned |
Updated Date |
Date and Time of the last update made to the template in in DD-MM-YYYY HH:MM:SS format. The Date and Time is displayed as per the User's Device Time. |
Status |
Current status of the template. |
Actions |
Contains option to Edit, Delete and Clone the template. |
Click icon to display the Filters window. Select one or more options in the following filters to find and display the required system template accordingly:

From the System Class drop-down list, select the class to filter the templates based on the System Class.

From the User drop-down list, select a user name to filter and display the templates that are created, reviewed or approved by the selected user.

From the Status drop-down list, select one of the following statuses of the templates, to filter and display the system in the selected status:

Active

Approved

In Progress
-
Pending Approval for Delete
-
Pending for Approval
-
Pending for Review
-
Pending Review for Delete
-
Needs Revision
-

Click Apply to view the system in the System Template list.

Search Templates
In the Search box, enter a key string which is a part of Template ID, Template Name Description, System Category or System Class of the system to display the related system details.

When an user navigates from current page to the previous page, they are directed to the same previous page where the process was initiated.

For example, if you initiate a process in 'Custom Template' under 'Template Definition' and next move to 'Template Configuration', then when navigating back you are directed to the 'Custom Template' page and not the main landing page, that is "Generic Template' under 'Template Definition'.
